Policies & Procedures

Payment Policy:


  • Full payment is required on the day of your session.
  • A receipt will be issued upon receiving payment, suitable for submission to your insurance provider.


Cancellation Policy:


  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee.
  • Exceptions for emergencies or on a case-by-case basis.
